Mat Pilates
Our current class on offer. Bring a mat, wear something you can move in, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- 40-minute sessions – long enough to work, short enough to fit before work or school pickup.
- Class size up to 30 – small enough that the instructor still knows your name.
- $40 per class – pay as you go, no lock-in contract.
Classes need 8 people booked to go ahead. If a class doesn’t reach 8, we’ll let everyone booked know and help you move to another session.

We’re building out the timetable. Mums and bubs, general fitness classes, and kids fitness programs are all coming soon. Membership pricing is coming soon too, for now classes are pay-per-visit at $40.
